I think that this is a job for some custom indicator. Expert advisors are really mostly to decide when to trade and trade, to deal with trades, lot sizes, stuff like that. Indicators are used to get the data from past candles and make it look different.

Select another EA and then return to the one you want to optimize, this will refresh the input parameters when you click on "Expert Properties".

Break even is used to move the stop once. But both, break even and trailing stop are just checking where the SL is and depending on their settings they move it, they don't care about where was SL before, so if you manually move SL lower (for Buy), the block will move it back where it was.

I see only one "Time filter" and no "Modify variables" in your project
