How do you do Intra-Bar Transaction

I am building a SAR EMA Crossover Strategy

I need the transaction to happen Intra-bar

Please advise

I am new this format Please HELP !!!!!
I trying to build a basic 5EMA 10EMA Crossover

Intra-Bar Transaction= True

Long Entry
If Previous Bar 10 ema > =5 EMA and Current Bar 5 >=10 then Buy
Alert when EMA Crossover

Short Entry
If Previous Bar 5 ema > =10 EMA and Current Bar 5 =<10 then Sell
Alert when EMA Crossover

Please advise
