Can it be a compilation problem ? or variable naming problem ?
How did you compile the mq4/mq5 ?
Compiled on the VPS or by the fxdreema, or just used the complied one on your PC ? Have you try another name for the variable Used_Volume ? e.g. lotSize

Assuming that you are talking about MT4.
One straightforward solution is to reduce the number of bars on the chart in the option setting. That has significant impact on the running speed.
Another solution is running couples of MT4 so that there would be fewer EAs in each MT4. In this case, all MT4s can share the same set of EA/indicators without the trouble for duplication. For more details, google search the command mklink.
By the way, custom indicators may be the main reason of slowing down the EA

Maybe you can write the status of first account into a text file, then make the second account read that to combine your trading logic

It is the EMPTY_VALUE for indicator buffer.
That is, the default value assigned to the indicator buffer after initiation but before your computation. (i.e. initiation)
The only way to know what is happening is using comment to print out the values of the indicator.
Custom indicators may not work in a lot of ways.

Indicators using start() are often not working well in EA. start() is quite old and rewrite the code with onCalculate() can help

Maybe you can save it to a variable and see its value in comment block
