can some one help me to build ea base on below condition

1. i place trade at some market level first
   and set take profit target manually.

2. if price go rivers, at define pip change , there would be open buy limit or sell limit order(according to first trade)
   and take profit will be same as (1)

3. if price go reverse then , continuously open trade with define intervals, and want two option for open lot size,-
   one is same lot and other is gradually increasing lot(want to select one from them)

4. if price go continuously reverse , then want some stop point, it would be sum of all lot size or some pip distance.

hello friend i want create ea that
buy order with one pair, and a sell order for another pair at the same time.
how can i do that?
