projects can be better tested if all blocks are in the same TF?

I'm a newbie here who wants to learn.

I came up with an EA which I haven't tested yet but want reviews on...the no & order of blocks and their inputs. The EA is meant to only buy (no sells cos I'm limited by no of blocks) when:

Closed price is above EMA200 on 15min TF,
Closed price is above EMA200 on current TF,
EMA20 is above SMMA20 on current TF,
Stochastic Osci. 100,1,1 is above 60.00 on current TF, &
Stochastic Osci. 5,3,3 crosses below 10.00 on current TF
OR when:
Closed price is above EMA200 on 15min TF,
Closed price is above EMA200 on current TF,
EMA20 is above SMMA20 on current TF, &
Stochastic Osci. 100,1,1 crosses above 60.00 on current TF.

The EA should close all positions when Stochastic Osci. 100,1,1 crosses below 70.00 on current TF.
