It is possible to open 2 pending grids-one on bye and one on sell,and when complite one of the grids,the other is gona be close?

Heloo i want to make EA that place 2 pending oreders bye and sale on chart,and if one of pending orders is execute the other is must be closed.Something like one cancel the other.Can anybody help me with blocks?
