    • RE: Something about GMT that confused me

thanks for replying. playing with the tools located here https://greenwichmeantime.com/time-zone/gmt-plus-3/ , i can safely confirm that GMT +3 is GMT 00:00 (NY Closing), London starts on 07:00 and NY starts on 12:00 and Tokyo starts on 23:00.

And The EA start trading time will be on on 07:00 and 12:00... right?

    • Something about GMT that confused me

my broker told me that server time is GMT +3 (or +2 DST) and I hope to get the EA (learning before commit paid access) to work on London open (GMT +1). Today i played with server and local time in back test (doesnt matter in backtest) and now if i wish to put the EA on demo on my broker server on GMT +3, what do i set in the EA on time filter block using GMT to match london trading hours? is it 07:00 using GMT? (London is 08:00)

i am a little confused on real trading (or demo time)

    • Pending Sell Order in Grid (Above Sell (Open) Price)

I play around and have success in using pending order to do the above (Open at Price: Bid | Price Offset: -20 pips gets Sell Limits) but when I try to use the same trick on pending order grid (Orders to place (Grid Level): 2 | Base Price: Bid | Base Price Offset: -20 pips | Grid Size: -25 Pips gets SELL STOP)

What might went wrong? Thanks all seniors!

    • I wonder what will happen if...

I design the EA on say, Daily timeframe (set everything in Daily) and when I back test (or live), put the timeframe to H4 (or other time frame). How does the EA work in these condition?

    • all timeframe is working except current?

hi all, newbie here. just joined and since playing around with this wonderful ea builder. i tried to search on this topic but just too many to read (really sorry). ok.. made a simple ea to try and when using 'price cross MA' function but when i select any timeFrame other than 'curent' the strategy tester didnt show me the ea property. only show when timeframe is used. no show when 'current' timeframe is used.. any idea what might be wrong, dear seniors? cheers for the amazing work of Admin
