Yes, that's good.

However many users, or maybe just me :P, like to speed up the learning curve with a list, one that we can read and understand all the blocks, without having to keep on mouse over and click on '?'.

I like the help that I get when I click on the '?' when mouse over the block list in the generator.

Is it possible for you to put all the help in a PDF or HTML so that user can download, this will be very handy.
