CANDLE LOW & HIGH STOP LOSS

Hello, Please i need help. I am using custom price (Candle Low or High) for Stoploss. I want my TP to be 3 x the value of the Stoploss, so how can i program my EA to be able to find the value of the SL so TP can be achieved.
