Help on change status!

I would be very grateful if anyone can inform me on the purpose of change status and when or how to use it. Thanks

It us useful to check if a specific block was executed or not. You can type something like 'It passed here' in one block and if you can read it on the chart that means that block was executed.

It is not a useful tool IMHO, but you can still try it just to check it out.
