RSI movement compared to candlestick wicks

Hello everyone, I want to know how to compare candlestick wicks with RSI indicator movement.
E.g Bullish candlestick in a downtrend has a lower wick but RSI went higher, then a buy order opens. Bearish candlestick in an uptrend has a higher wick but RSI went lower, sell order opens.
