first trade buy/sell limit after this 1 trade each 1pip

I have been trying for a while to create an EA which seems simple but all my attempts have failed, I would like to open a buy/sell limit order which would be the first point which I cannot manage and the second point is to open 1 trade every 1pips but only if the price is 1pips further from the last negative trade. Here is my current project:
