I want an ea with sell and buy limit transactions. There will be a sell and buy limit transaction at 10 pips over the current price. When any of them is opened, there will be another option for the other limit transaction, as shown in the picture below. Thank you for your help.

Start a test project, just doing one of the things you need, then add the others 1 at a time, you can then add a shared link and say what's not working as expected.

limits are placed when above for buy, and below for a sell

Not really because it's simple to test, but in a pending block for example placing a pending buy at -10 pips from the current price level, would place a by limit 10 pips below the current price
