How to hedge trade while in America?

I'm planning to move to America but my EA uses both sells and buys which is illegal there, I thought of trading in my country then moving to america with the money I made, do u think this would be legal?

I think if you are registered in a place that allows hedging, then keep it how it is and use it from US
