Pending Orders New Signal

If I have two pending orders in the system (buy and sell) at a certain number of candles and time passes and those orders are not opened, how can I do so that when there is a new signal those orders are canceled and the orders are updated with a current signal?

I have searched in search if someone has talked about this and I can't find it, sorry if it is a topic that has already been resolved

I tried placing a delete pending order block below the buy/sell, but it doesn't work for me
