How to buy and sell at a specific price?

Hi team,

I am looking to create a fairly simple trading rule specifically for one trading instrument (US30).

1. Buy + Sell when price reaches a specific price (All the quarterly psychological levels such as 35000, 35250, 35500, 35750, 36000 etc)

2. The buy and sell will each have a RR of 1:2 (125pip sl and 250 pip TP)

How do I go about setting that as a variable or trading condition?
