rebuy each tume price comes back to the entry level

i want to make some improvemts with my bot. i want it to open two trades either buy or sell. they must be two. one with a short tp ,the second with a larger tp. all these trades with the same stop loss. i can do that, however im finding it difficult for the bot to keep buying again when price retraces to the entry of the previous trade and as long as the trade with a bigger tp is still ongoing. i want the trade with the snmall tp to hit its tp level, then when price doesnt go up but retraces back to the entry point of the previously close wine buy trade, i want the bot to open up another buy trade with the same small tp of the previous closed trade.
