Open additional position

Hi all , I would like my ea to open another trade when the same conditions are met , but after 3 hours . I have tried a few options with no luck . Keeps open multiple trades , and i only want it to open a second trade only while the first trade is still open

Do you need the same conditions need to be true 3 hours after he previous time theye were met on the market? So they should be ignored if they happen just 2 hours after?

@l-andorrà Yes so i need ea to take a trade again if same conditions is met , but not at the same time . Because sometimes it is stuck in a trade for a day and then it does not take trades but i want it to be able to take another trade but only limited to two open trades
