NEEDS ASSISTANCE ON MY EA PROJECT

Hello great minds, I am trying to create an EA whereby on the right hand side of the flow chart, i have two condition that I want either of the conditions to be met, so i use OR block, and on the other side i have two conditions that I want them both to be met, so I use an AND block.

So after these have been met, then I want the EA to activate block 556 and then phone notification.

So far that's what I want, but doesn't seem to be working, and I am not good with OR and AND blocks

Can add once per bar or something like that, or you will receive the notifications in a non-stop manner
