OCO Order Error

I tried to create an MT5 EA that would place an OCO Order on every bar, but one of the positions suddenly closed automatically even before any of the pending orders were triggered. Any solution? Here is my EA design draft

You didn't specify what type of HA bars you need (bull, bear)

You can try it without indicators. See how the OCO Order works. If your OCO Order is normal (no errors), let me know.
