Draw objects on chart

Please can someone help me with this.

If EMA 9 cross above EMA 21

1. Draw arrow up below candle zero
2. Draw a horizontal line at the crossing point of the EMAs not current price or candle.

Point 1 can be done this way:

Point 2 is not possible because that crossing point is a visual artifact, not a real price level.
