Count Bull or Bear Candles above or below MA lines

I've checked through past topics but cannot find specifically a block or how to count past candles of BULL or Bear type that appeared over e.g. the MA 90 Line?

HOW can I count BULL or BEAR candles over a period of time?

There is no block doing that. The only way to do it is by building a custom loop searching for that info.
