How to make buy or sell every times?

To admin and all brothers, please help me. How to make:
always buy every time when MA5 crosses MA10 above when both of them above MA20.
always sell every time when MA5 crosses MA10 below when both of them below MA20.I have try like this:
BUY: MA5 x> MA10 > MA20
SELL: MA5 x< MA10 < MA20
but in fact, the EA only buy or sell some times not every times? how to solve this problem? Thank you so much... -
