Payment Declined

I have been trying to pay via Paypal since monday and can not do it, it keeps telling me payment decline. At first i think was a credit card issue but my bank told me they did not receive any payment request.

After that i contact paypal and told me my account is ok maybe is a problem in configuration botton payment in your end.

This week i made payments via paypal to my hosting account and my vps successfully which verifies that my paypal account and my credit card are ok.

Any ideas why i can not make you a payment?

I don't know what is wrong, I see that other people are making payments normally and for now I don't see other reports like this. If there are problems, they happen in FastSpring, the other payment processor that I use. I know that few days ago VISA crashed in Europe, but this should already be fixed. I can manually process payments of course, I do that for bitcoin payments... which doesn't happen every day.

I wonder what the problem is, what happens after you click the button, do you see that PayPal Checkout page with the email, the price and the quantity (1) pre-filled?

By the way I tried to reply on your email and look what I got as an automatic response:

@fxdreema Thank you for your respond, first it all let me apologise for the email trouble, my inbox is protected and i forgot to whitelisted you. This have been fixed and now i can receive your emails without troubles.

When I click paypal button i go through paypal Checkout page with the email, the price and the quantity (1) pre-filled, after i hit make a payment button i get the error message as you can see in the picture and told me there have been trouble processing my transaction and told me to add another credit card. Very weird i can not find where the problem is.

As i told you earlier in the contact form I ask paypal why is happen this as my credit card and account are ok, last week i make other payments to other people and everything went alright.

Anyway I would tried to send you the money to your paypal email address ### so you can process it manually, i would really appreciate.

I have the same problem when I try to pay by bitcoin, it says access denied.
