Highest and Lowest Price Not Consistence

I put a comment block to display the highest and lowest price (candle period). Start the Strategy Tested to run and pause, repeat up to ten time. Compare the manually reading and reading on the top left chart. Do not give a consistence reading. Some time is correct and same time is wrong.
