different conditions appear same candle

Hi there hope some body is able to help I am trying to create an EA that provides signals base on an indicator ..problem I am having the indicator appears and disappears in the same candle I just want to have the fist signal and not having sale ar buy signals in the same candle I tried to use flags or counters my problem is how to reset them for the nex candle.
