Closing all postions with a profit and then calculating new

What I am looking to do is have an EA that checks all closed an open profit. Once it has hit a certain level it closes all positions then starts calculating the open or closed profit from the time it closed all positions. I am sure I did this previously with chart objects, buckets and then redrawing the object. But cannot remember at all how I did it.
