CAN I CHANGE THE BUFFER VALUE OF A CUSTOM INDICATOR ?

I have been trying to load a custom indicator to my project to buy and sell but the BUY buffer is zero (0). and its not working. it loads alright but does not pick trades.
as the admin said, out put should be more than zero (0) before it would work. Any help please????
