@daraseunni Your links are still wrong. If you need both conditions to be true at the same time, just link one block to the other.

I HAVE TRIED JUST CONNECTING THE TWO BLOCKS TOGETHER JUST AS U SAID, IT ALSO DIDNT WORK.
I HAVE TRIED " AND " "OR" "RUN BLOCK" "TURN ON BLOCK" ALL OF THEM DIDNT WORK.

@l-andorrà THANKS ALOT FOR THIS ,IT WORKED. BUT I HAD TO REDUCE THE CANDLE IDs of the BEARS IN A ROW TO 2 AND THAT OF THE BULLS IN A ROW TO ZERO(0) FOR IT TO WORK PERFECTLY. THANKS AGAIN
