problem at closing below last fractal value

Hi all,
i try to build new robot with fractals and alligator. Here is summary:
- EA open new BUY trade when alligator shows UP. (it is OK)
- All trades will open when new up fractals appear (it is OK)
- EA will remember last fractals value (it is OK)
- all BUY positions will closed at, if candle close below last down fractal value (not working!!!)
could yuo help to close all positions? what is my problem?
i do not want to use SL. Because low value of any candle may trigger SL. i want to close is CANDLE CLOSE below fractal value.
