How to Set TP to a Running Trade

I have Opened Trade manually but I want s soon as I take a trade EA Modify it and Set a TP (only TP) based on points or pips to the ongoing Trade

There is No Strategy in Project I will Just Manually Open trade in MT5. I need a EA to Run on Charts as Soon as I open Trade the EA need to modify the Current running Trade and Set TP on running Trade once
