open new trade just if the price of new signal is more or less then last trade opened

hello good morning my problems is that i have my indicatore arrow when the arrow appaer on a bar the next bar open the trade i need to open new trade just if the price is high than last trade in words: example im in sell next candle the price go up and my signal come agani but when close the candle the price is less then my first trade and i wanna stop just that condition some one can help me???

so i want open a trade in cuy when the white signal comes and close when the red signal comes but this signal have a muvment so i looking for somnthing to help my ea to choose the right moment to trade
