I want the breakeven block to only work for buy now (block 4) and sell now (block 5) , but it seems that it's working for buy now (block 15) and sell now (block 16) too . How can i fix this ?

How about controlling blocks. Use a "No Trade" and a "on block" for the Break even block. Then under the Buy/Sell you don't want it you put a "off block" for the Break even block.
So, When theres no trade the break even is reset to on, and is turned off buy the one you don't want to use it.
