Bollinger Bands EA

Hello, i am trying to make my EA, the rules are very simple, but i can't finish this, can anybody help me please?
1.- First is to buy above MA and sell MA.
2.- After that criteria, Sell crossing above Upper Band, and close the position crossing below middle band (MA of BB).
3.- If the market goes in the oposite direction, start the grid with Martingale, distance between each position 100 pips, and when the price crosses the middle line of BB close all positions.

That is all i want but i cant figure it out, specially since the grid conditions.
