trigger op by price move up or down from open

kindly please check my code.. coz after i backtest, there were no OP

i guess you missunderstand me.. maybe
it's not about loop or modify sl / tp for every trades happen on chart
i just wanna set block which would say

" when bid price is 3 pips higher / lower from open price " will do buy/sell
