I want my EA to make a buy order from the SL of the sell order (nd vice versa)?

No, hedging is certain trades during certain times...such as expecting large movements in price because of upcoming news.
Hedging a bet has a purpose.
To place a opposite position on every loss would be called account suicide.

@tashab The easiest solution is using the 'on Trade' tab like this:
This way as soon a a sell is closed by hitting its SL a buy will be immediately open.
