Trades happens directly after the time filter is turned off

I have a bot that makes entries between a set amount of time, but when the time filter allows entries it enters when the gates are opened. It's like there's an entry waiting to happen and only goes through when the time filter allows. the time filter is way before any decision making happens to enter as well. please advise.

@sinister Can't work put what is happening from a sentence, put a shared link on here then what's happening can be looked at. I will so though only blocks that are true will pass once time filter allows, blocks that were true in the past will not work.
