pending order EA

good day, i tried building an ea that will place a pendind order once a candle opens in a specific direction and closes the pending order if at the expiration of the next candle the ea isnt triggered. the buy limit shows up but does not trigger at all even price hits it and the sell pending order does not even come up at all i need help. here is my project link. shared/E06rHI37c
