Problem with block once per bar and time filter.

Good evening,
i can't understand why my EA doesn't open trades.
is an EA meant to open trades during news releases and volatility spikes.
theoretically everything is correct but not the EA does not open trades. can anyone tell me the reason?

I think it may be a problem related to the green blocks, since before inserting them the robot worked.

@ilario-vizziello "Once per bar" pass only once, so if you put it above the time bomb, the expert cannot calculate how many pips within how much seconds.

This way works. And check the constant in block #9
