Does Capacity Of a VPS Affect the Functionality of an EA?

I was wondering if I could find out if Capacity Of a VPS Affects Functionalities of an EA. I have observed that my recent EA performs correctly while running on strategy tester on my PC. But after I installed it on a demo account on the VPS it started malfunctioning at some point. (And I have tested many brokers and still the same). So I want to know if this could be caused by the configuration or capacity of the VPS? Or is there any other thing you guys think can be responsible for it?

@lanrayy Shouldn't really make any difference, speed can affect things so location to you broker could be better if closer, most bots work as well if connection speed is a fraction of a second or a whole second, scalping bots are all that would be affected.

@lanrayy Internet ping speed is FAR more relevant, trust me. The lower, the better.
