"Trading action" block with "loop/order block"

can "breakeven" block be used with "loop/order" blocks in logic tree?

If the answer is NO. how can i configure the "modify stops" to perform the following:

1. Move SL to BE at 5%

2)Move SL to current price at 7% (i wanted to use market properties here but could not identify the suitable inputs so i opted with Candle Close)

3. Close when at 10%

What do you exactly mean by 'move at 5%'? Do you mean 5% in profit or 5% price increase?

However, I don't get the 7% move. How can the price be moved twice to BE when it was at 5%? On the close requirement, you can simply change the value on the condition block and a 'close' block instead of a 'modify stops' one.
