EA To Look for Two confirmations and enter after confirmations

Hi, is there anyway to make EA look for confirmation and enter trade thereafter. e.g

1. When 7 EMA cross above 30 EMA that's the first confirmation for Buy.
2. When 7 EMA cross below 30 EMA that's the Second confirmation for Buy.
3. Now waiting for entry Signal: When Stoch cross above 20 level.
