How do we implement the ascending or descending trend on the site that will show us the ascending or descending trend?

The problem is the definition of higher highs or lower lows. They are evident when looking at the past, but not easy at all at current price. IMHO the only slightly reliable indicator to identify trend is a fast MA, but that's not 100% guaranteed, of course.
