I want a block that Enter trade once even if it gives multiple signal

Pls I really need help, I want a way or a block that enter trade when the arrow appears once and after that no trade will ever be entered on that candle until the next candle . Sometimes the arrow repaint many times and I want it in a way that when the first arrow appears on a candle there will be no trade again on that particular candle stick. even if an opposite signal appears.
Meaning a candle that has entered trade, it should not enter again.
