Asia Range Take Out

I have a question. How do I program this:
- Asia range is from 00:00 till 08:00
- My trade time (the time the Ea has to actually trade) is 08:00 till 10:00
- Then when the asia high/low has been taken (between 08:00 till 10:00) it has to wait on an engulfing. A body break by the wick. It then has to mark that candle and when that ''range'' has been tapped again it has to wait on an engulf again. When that happens the has to create a buy/sell order (market execution) with a fixed SL and TP.
Please can someone help me program this.
