The only way fxDreema can do is by opening new trades with the additional volume you need.

I want 0.01 to be added to the lot size in case of 20% liquidity increase and vice versa

Metta trader does not allow this, to add to a trade you have to add a position. If you think logically, to add you would have to work out the current value, then work out the new value with new lot size, when trade moves you would have to work out the value across all added lot sizes and distances.

You haven't got what you need, for a start you will need a second tree, if trade and so many pips away with place extra trade with the lot loop.
