Input Pending Order After Trade Closed

Hello every one. I am trying to do this simple thing but cannot do this. So i am here to gain some help. So the problem is, suppose, a buy trade was opened @ 1.1550 and closed @1.1600. I want to place a Buy Pending Order @ 1.1550 when trade is closed. And i want to create an ea or this. How can i create a block for this function to be executed?

There can be a problem with that if bot prices are very close (a few pips away from each other) the broker can block the pending order because of its proximity to current spread. Are you planning that maybe?
