Buy and Sell buttons

Hey guys,
I have reading many topics about button, for buying and selling.
At the moment I am at the very beginning of my strategy with 10 blocks in total (Hedging strategy) and there are two buttons. When I press to draw the line, everything is perfect now. but when I want to open a position by pressing "open position" considering the line is above or below the market price, it doesn't open any position.
By reading past topics I approached this problem in two different ways and none works, it is very small projects now and I would appreciate anyone can help me with it.

Blocks 12,13, 14 and 15 cannot work i the 'on chart' tab. They need to be moved to the 'on tick' tab.

I changed it but still no difference, it doesn't work for some reason. -
