Waiting period/time after conditions are met

Hi, anyone help. I want EA to have waiting period after conditions are met.
Example:

• 10 MA cross above 20 MA.
• Wait 15 minutes
• Buy after 15 minutes

count into a variable when cross happens, activate trade when count is high enough.

@jstap Thanks buddy I really Appreciate it but I see it opens buy and sell mostly a few candles away from each other like 4 candles away from the sell entry the ea opens a buy trade

I tested on back test, it's doing what was requested, slow down, add indicators, watch on back test and, you'll see what it's doing. If you want it doing something else you'll have to adjust.
