Orders not executing

Hi guys I want my bot to open a buy position when price does the following in chronological order:
a. price goes above London high
b. price goes below London high
c. price closes above London high
Where am I going wrong in my setup?

Candle 0 close is current price, all 3 won't happen on same candle.
